共同性斜视与ABO血型的相关性研究

Analysis of the correlation between commitant strabismus and the ABO blood group

目的探讨共同性斜视与ABO血型的相关性。方法采用试管凝集法检测152例共同性斜视ABO血型分布类型,并与对照组比较,进行疾病与血型的相关性分析。结果患者血型分布特征为B>O>A>AB;发病相对危险度(relative risk,RR),B型RR>2(P<0.005),其他血型RR均<1(P>0.05);A/O、B/O、AB/O相对发病率(relative inci-dence,R),B/O是R>2(P<0.005),A/O、AB/O均R<1(P>0.05)。结论共同性斜视可能与B型血有关联。

[ObJective To study the correlation between commitant strabismus and the. ABO blood group. Methods The distribution of the ABO blood group in 152 patients with commitant strabismus was determined by test tube agglutination and the results were compared to normal controls. The correlation between commitant strabismus and the. ABO blood group was analyzed. Results The distribution of the ABO blood group in commitant strabismus was B〉 O〉 A〉 AB. The relative risk （RR） in group B was 〉 2, P 〈 0.005,and it was 〈 1, P〉 0.05,for the. other groups. The. R rate of B/O was 〉2,P〈0.005,and was less than 1, P 〉 0.05, for A/O and AB/O. Conclusion The genesis of commitant strabismus is probably related to the B blood group.
