摘要
目的本研究前期工作已设计和制备了携带引流阀的高分子薄膜囊袋组成的人工玻璃体系统,以替代生理性玻璃体。本研究报告这种人工玻璃体囊袋基本材料的制备与性能特征。方法采用改性聚硅氧烷弹性体作为人工玻璃体的基本材料,对其机械性能、透光率和雾度进行测试。结果人工玻璃体的邵氏硬度为37.4度,拉伸强度大于5.86 Mpa,伸长率大于1200%,撕裂强度为34 kN/m,透光率高于93%,雾度低于0.1%。结论改性聚硅氧烷弹性体可以制备人工玻璃体系统,是比较理想的人工玻璃体候选材料。
Objective We have developed a novel capsule-like artificial vitreous body with pressure control valve to replace the natural vitreous body. This study described and characterized this artificial vies body for its optical property. Methods Modified silicone rubber elastomer was used aa basic material. Mechanical properties including Shore A hardness, tensile and stress, tear strength test, transmittance and haze were. further evaluated. Results The. material hardness (Shore A) was 37.4 degree. Tensile intensity was 5.86 Mpa. Elongation ratio was 1200%. Tear intensity was 34 kN/ m. The transparency was beyond 93 % with the haziness below 0.04 %. Concusion The results indicate that the. silicone rubber belongs to high-transparent materials and is suitable for artificial virtues body in terms of optical requirement.
