接触镜相关性角膜周边部浸润的临床观察

Clinical analysis of peripheral cornea infiltration associated with contact lenses

目的探讨接触镜相关性角膜周边部浸润（periferal cormeal infiltrates,PCI）的临床特征及治疗方法。方法对31例36眼PCI患者停戴接触镜后观察24h，依据其症状及体征改善的程度，对19眼采取不用药措施，随访观察至痊愈；17眼给予典必殊眼液滴眼，4次／d，随访观察至痊愈。结果36眼PCI患者经过观察与治疗，在7～12d内痊愈。结论PCI的临床症状总体上较轻，治疗可密切随访观察，待其自然恢复。恢复相对较慢的可以选用皮质类固醇及抗生素眼液治疗。

Objective To study the clinical charactristics of and therapy for peripheral cornea infiltration （PCI） associated with contact lenses. Methods Thirty-one patients （36 eyes） with PCI were included in this study. Patients were initially observed for 24 hours without medication. Those. with moderate, and severn ,symptoms were. treated with TobraDex eye drops four a day after the 24-hour observation period. Results Nineteen eyes with mild symptoms recovered qulckly. The other 17 eyes with moderate and severe symptoms that had been treated with TobraDex eye drops slowly rocovered. All 36 eyes were cured in 7 to 12 days. Conclusion In general, most PCI cases were mild. Gorticosteroid and antibiotic drops can be used to treat eyes with PCI when necessary.
