舌癌组织病理及增殖细胞核抗原表达与CT征象的对照研究

Compared study of PCNA expression and CT features in tongue cancer

目的:评价舌癌CT征象与PCNA表达的关系。方法:39例舌癌术前行螺旋CT扫描。采用免疫组化方法,对病理标本行PCNA测定,统计学分析PCNA与CT征象的相关性。结果:舌癌的CT征象如肿瘤边界、大小、密度及增强情况与PCNA表达明显相关。结论:CT征象与舌癌PCNA表达有明显相关性,有助于对其预后进行评价。

Objective： To evaluate the relationship between mutislice CT（MSCT） features and the expression of PCNA in eases of tongue cancer. Methods： MSCT signs of 43 cases of tongue cancer were analyzed. PCNA is measured with all the histologic specimens. The results were compared with CT features. Results： Tongue cancer＇ MSCT features like verge, size, density and enhanced phase correlated well with PCNA. Conclusion： MSCT could evaluate the expression of PCNA. It is useful in estimating the prognosis of tongue cancer.
