摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在Peutz-Jeghers综合征诊断中的价值。方法:对6例临床怀疑Peutz-Jeghers综合征患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描(平扫和动态强化扫描),对其轴位图像和重建的4-D、最大密度投影及仿真内窥镜图像进行观察分析,分别对各病例进行诊断。结果:6例患者中4例MSCT发现胃、小肠及结肠多发息肉,2例患者只发现空肠和回肠内多发息肉,MSCT诊断为Peutz-Jeghers综合征4例,另外2例诊断为家族性腺瘤性息肉病(FAP),MSCT诊断Peutz-Jeghers综合征的敏感性为100%,特异性为66.67%。结论:MSCT对Peutz-Jeghers综合征诊断准确性高,具有独特的优越性。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of P-J syndrome using MSCT. Methods:6 patients with histologically and cndoscopically proven P-J syndrome underwent multi-slice CT scans in prone position, with drug-induced hypotonia and airfilling colon, 5% Ultravist filling stomach and small intesinc. Two radiologists analyzed all imagings of the 6 patients, including: all axial imagings and all reconstructed imagings, such as volume rendering, CTVE, SSD and so on. Then they diagnosed. Results: All of 4 patients MSCT detected polyp in stomach, small intestine and colon. 2 patients were detected polyp only in jejunum and ileum. The sensitivity of diagnosis P-J syndrome is 100% and speciality is 66.67%. The accuracy of MSCT is more high than others. Conclusion: Mscr is recommended for the diagnosis of P-J syndrome.
