显性梅毒患者外周血白介素13、白介素15检测结果分析

Analysis on Levels of IL-13 and IL-15 in Peripheral Blood of Symptomic Syphilitic Patients

目的:评价白介素13(IL-13)、白介素15(IL-15)与显性梅毒的相关性。方法:设立42例显性梅毒患者为实验组,26例正常健康人为对照组。抽出静脉血,应用双抗夹心ELISA方法检测IL-13和IL-15。结果:实验组IL-13和IL-15浓度均数稍高于正常对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义。在显性梅毒中,随着甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)滴度的增加,IL-13和IL-15的浓度也上升,浓度的差异比较有统计学意义,但IL-13和IL-15两者之间浓度的高低不存在相关性。结论:IL-13和IL-15参与了梅毒的免疫过程,并随着梅毒血清滴度的增加,IL-13和IL-15浓度随之增加,但未发现TH1向TH2漂移的模式。

Objective：To evaluate the relationship between IL-13 , IL-15 and symptomic syphilis. Methods：IL-13 and IL-15 were tested in 42 symptomatic syphilitic patients and 26 health control by ELISA. Results： Levels of IL-13 and IL-15 in symptomatic syphilitic patients have statistical difference and both of them were higher than those of health control. No correlation ship between levels of IL-13 and IL-15 were found. Conclusion：IL-13 and IL-15 were involved in the immunity of cases with syphilis, and both of them were increased with the titers of syphilis, while the balance of Th1/Th2 was not changed.
