仙方消银片对银屑病模型小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层细胞形成的影响

Study on the Efficacy of Xianfangxiaoyinpian on the Granular Cell Proliferation in Flake of the Mouse Tail

目的:旨在探索仙方消银片对寻常型银屑病的疗效与作用机制。方法:采用小鼠天然尾部鳞片模型,对实验组小鼠灌胃给药仙方消银片(水溶液)0.5 mL,每日1次,连续14天,并设灌胃给药复方青黛丸(水溶液)作对照,生理盐水灌胃作空白对照,观察鼠尾鳞片颗粒层细胞数。结果:实验组鼠尾鳞片颗粒层细胞数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仙方消银片具有促使动物模型颗粒层形成的作用,提示该方在临床应用时可能纠正银屑病的表皮增生。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Xianfangxiaoyinpian in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Xianfangxiaoyinpian was given to mice through infusing stomach, once a day for 14 days,and fufangqingdaiwan and 0. 9% Nacl were given to mice in the control group respectively. We calculated the granular cell in the flake of the mouse＇s tail through the natural models. Results： The granular cell in the flake of the mouse＇s tail in the test group was remarkable increased than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Xianfangxiaoyinpian could accelerate to produce of the granular cell in the flake of the mouse models, which indicated that the medication can regulate the proliferation of epidermis in psoriasis vulgaris.
