摘要
目的:本课题研究骨形成蛋白(Bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)/藻酸钙凝胶缓释系统对加速颌骨骨折愈合的作用和机理。方法:采用16只成年新西兰兔制备下颌骨线形骨折模型,实验组骨折处覆盖BMP/藻酸钙凝胶,对照组未加任何生长因子。术后2、4、8、12周行组织学和免疫组织化学检查。结果:实验组骨折愈合速度明显快于对照组,两组血管的检测没有明显差异,藻酸钙凝胶在12周时仍未完全降解。结论:BMP/藻酸钙凝胶缓释系统能在骨折愈合期间持续释放BMP生长因子,促进兔下颌骨骨折的愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间。
Objective: To investgate the function and mechanism of delivery system of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) in accelerating the healing of mandibular fracture.Method: The mandibular fractures of 16 mature New Zealand rabbits were prepared. Composite gel of BMP and alginate calcium was used in study groups, and none of the growth factor were added in control group. Histomorphological and histochemical exam were taken at the 2, 4, 8, 12week after surgery. Result: The rate of mandibular fracture healing in study group is apparently faster than control group. No differences were found in vassals' formation between study groups and control group.The alginate calcium gel was not totally degraded yet during 12 weeks.Conclusion: BMP delivery system can release BMP continuously during the healing period of bone fracture and accelerate the healing of mandibular fracture of the rabbits, as well as decurtate the period of union of mandibular fracture.
