河北省2002~2004年流感流行期监测分析

THE RESULTS OF INFLUENZA SURVEILLANCE IN HEBEI PROVINCE DURING EPIDEMIC SEASON IN 2002～2004

目的：掌握河北省流感流行动态及流感病毒的变异情况，为制定预防与控制流感流行措施提供科学依据。方法：依照《国家流感监测方案》要求的标准进行流行病学和病原学监测。结果：2002～2003年和2003～2004年两个流行期监测表明：流感样病例数分别占门诊总病例数的3．67％和3．95％，其中儿童流感样病例分别占4．06％和4．89％，成人流感样病例分别占1．15％和1．30％，就诊百分率均在1月份最高；两个流行期共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本648份，分离出流感病毒92株，其中甲3亚型76株，占82．61％，乙型16株，占17．39％，甲3亚型毒株为优势株，以12月和1月病毒检出率最高。结论：两个流行期监测表明，监测门诊的流感样病例就诊高峰均在1月份，且儿童较高；甲3亚型流感病毒为流行优势毒株。

Objective： To understand the epidemic trend of influenza and the variant feature of influenza viruses isolated in Hebei province and to provide scientific basis for making the preventive and control strategies of influenza. Methods： Epidemiologieal and pathogenic surveillance were conducted according to the criterion of china＇ influenza surveillance program. Results： During epidemic season in 2002-2003 and 200342004, the influenza surveillance showed that percentages of influenza-like cases in all outpatients cases were 3.67% and 3.95% respectively, percentages of that of children were 4.06% and 4.89%, percentages of that of adults were 1.15% and 1.30%, peaked both in January; 92 （14.20%） strains of influenza viruses were isolated from 648 nasopharyngeal specimens during epidemic season in 2002- 2003 and 2003- 2004. In the 92 isolates, 76 （82.61%） were influenza A （H3N2） viruses, and 16 （17.39%） were influenza Bviruses, A （H3N2） viruswas the predominant strain. Conclusion： During epidemic season in 2002-2003 and 2003-2004, the percentages of influenza-like cases in all outpatients were 3.67% and 3.95 % respectively, peaked in January, percentage of that of children was higher than that of adults; A （H3N2） virus was the predominant strain.
