摘要
目的:了解医院医务人员足真菌的患病情况及易感因素。方法:通过临床特征和真菌学的检查,对泸州地区4家医院的523例医务人员进行调查。结果:有足真菌感染者190例,占36.3%,有趾甲真菌病者84例,占16.1%,致病菌中76.3%为毛色毛癣菌。结论:医院医务人员足部真菌感染的发病率较高,应加强对足真菌感染的防治。
Objective： To investigate the incidence of mycosis in medical staffs feet. Methods. 523 medical staffs were examined for clinical features and pathogens detected by microscopy. Results： 190 （36.3%） of them presented fungus infection. Affected nails and foot mycosis were 16.1% （84 cases） 76.3% of them were infected by T. rubrum. Conclusion： The incidence of foot mycosis of medical staffs is higher, it is important for them to prevent foot fungus infection.
