大肠癌相关抗原基因CRC-L-10的生物信息学分析

摘要 目的探讨推测CRC-L-10基因的生物学功能与特性。方法应用美国国家生物信息中心(NCB I)的核酸数据库、EST数据库和相应软件对大肠癌相关抗原基因CRC-L-10的组织分布情况及其基因和蛋白质序列进行分析。结果大肠癌相关基因CRC-L-10定位于15q25.2,最长开放阅读框为579 bp,编码192个氨基酸,广泛表达于许多正常组织如前列腺、肌肉、皮肤等,但在肝癌、卵巢癌、睾丸癌、结肠癌等肿瘤组织中表达明显上调,而在相应正常组织中低表达。结论大肠癌相关抗原基因CRC-L-10编码的抗原可能与人类多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。 Objective To analyze the distribution of colorectal carcinoma relative antigen gene CRC-L-10 in human tissues by bioinformatics to speculate the function and characteristics of the gene. Methods The database of nucleic acid, expressed sequence tags (ESTs) and appropriate softwares provided by American National Center for Biotechnology information (NCBI) were applied to analyze the corectal carcinoma relative antigen gene CRC-L-10. Results The CRC-L-10 gene was mapped in chromosome 15q25.2. The longest open reading frame was 579bp and 192 amino acids were encoded. Database surveys indicated that CRC-L-10 was ubiquitously expressed in many normal tissues with various levels, such as pancreas, muscle and skin, especially up-regulated in multiple neoplastic tissues such as carcinoma of live, ovary, testis, and colon et al. Conclusion The antigen ceded by CRC-L-10 may be closely related with the occurrence and progression of human multiple neoplasm.
