摘要
由调查了解到产生大学生心理困扰的原因,针对不同的原因,采取改进传统的体育教学模式、教学方法、教学观念,培养学生的锻炼兴趣,养成锻炼习惯,通过参与体育锻炼来消解大学生心理困扰问题,取得了较好的效果。
Through the investigation on the cause of the psychological block of university students. According to the different causes, we changed the traditional mode.teaching methods and teaching thoughts of sports teaching to stimulate their interests of physical exercises and form a good habit of it. It can dispel the psychological blocks of them. Good results have been obtained.
