摘要
由于人事体制、法律法规方面的原因,我国社会上的专家型能工巧匠难以成为高职院校的师资力量。“自由职业”教师是深挖社会职教师资潜力的产物,他们可以在各个学校从事专业教学或课程研发工作,却不占编制,且教学时间有保障,待遇较好,工作热情高。虽然“自由职业”教师的聘用、报酬、考核和课程编排会带来一些新问题,但相对容易解决。
Comparing with foreign countries, because of reasons such as personnel system and rule of law, it is difficult that the expert-type skillful craftsman become teaching staff of higher vocational schools. Teachers of "free occupation" are outcome of digging up the potential of vocational teaching staff in society, who can engage in specialty teaching or curriculum development, and don't impropriate schools" posts, teaching time can ensure, salary is fine, and with high working enthusiasm. Though there are some problems in the recruiting, reward, evaluation and curriculum arrangement of teachers of "free occupation", these are easy to solve.
