The MNCs have already become the important organizer of international division, and separated from traditional ones, MNC - organized international division of labor has become the new international division mode. New international division realities need theory development. The concept of MNC - organized international division of labor has been defined in this paper, and the basis, pattern, and interest of this kind of international division, as well as the relationship between trade and investment, have been primarily analyzed after that. Obviously, focusing on MNCs＇ strategies will be a main direction of theory development of the interational division in the future.
