摘要
以锻压机械生产过程状态监控系统为例,从基本的自动校零电路出发,研究了影响自动校零电路漂移率的因素,对基本的自动校零电路作了改进,并就各元件的选择作了进一步深入的研究。降低了系统误差,提高了特征信号的检测精度。
Taken the state monitoring system for forging ence factor is studied for the drift rate of the automatic machinery during producing process as example, the influzero circuit. The automatic zero circuit is improved. The components for the circuit is further studied and selected. The system error is reduced and the monitoring precision is further increased.
