摘要
采用催化电解氧化与SBR联合工艺对垃圾渗滤液的处理进行了实验研究.催化电解氧化的最佳操作条件为:电流密度5 A/dm2;Cρl-5000 mg/L;SρnC l250 mg/L;极板间距0.5cm;单位体积的垃圾渗滤液所使用的极板面积500 cm2/L;电极材料采用PbO2-IrO2-TiO2/Ti(三元电极SPR).SBR法处理催化电解氧化出水较理想的操作条件为:溶解氧2-4 mg/L;曝气时间5 h;沉淀30 m in;温度20-30℃;pH值6.5-8.0.出水各项指标的去除率分别为COD达到90%以上,NH3-N达到99%,TN达到95%以上,色度达到99%,重金属离子含量低于0.001 mg/L.
By adopting catalyzing and electrolyzing oxidation techniques, the treatment of landfill leachate is studied. The optimum operational condition by using the electrolytic oxidation has been showed : electrical density 5 A/dm^2 ; Cl^- concentration of 5000 mg/L; SnCl2 concentration of 50 mg/L; electrode gap 0.5 cm ; electrode area per liter 500 cm^2/L; electrode material adopted PbO2- IrO2-TiO2/Ti ( SPR as ternary electrode). Based on the experiment of SBR of prepared leachate from electrolytic oxidation method, the ideal operational condition: DO 2-4 mg/L; the time of aeration 5 h ; sedimentation 30 min ; temperature 20-30℃ ; pH value 6.5-8.0. The elimination rate of index respectively is concluded: COD more than 90%, NH3 -N about 99%, TN more than 95% ,chroma 99% ,the content of heavy metal ion below 0.001 mg/L .
