摘要 全球虚拟团队必须对组织沟通进行创新,并学习如何使不同成员在跨文化、跨组织、跨地区的环境中高效合作。保持团队风格、成员间的相互信任和积极的个人和组织关系是在全球虚拟团队中建立知识共享文化的基础。
