摘要
研究了以微乳液为介质时,锰与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的显色反应,选择了560nm为测量波长,470nm为参比波长,锰量在0.1-0.8μg/mL。在该范围内测定凤凰茶叶中的含锰量,结果满意。
The research on the coloration reaction of manganese and 1 - (2 pyridine accidentally nitrogen) - 2 - naphthol(PAn) in the medium of microemulsion was made,having chosen 560 nm as measuring wavelength,470 nm as the reference wavelength, the manganese content in 0.1 - 0.8 μg/mL. The manganese content of feng huang was determined and the rusult was satisfactory.
