甲亢与甲癌并存临床分析（附六例报告）

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON COEXISTENCE OF HYPERTHYROIDISM AND THYROID CARCINOMA(With 6 Cases Reported)

本文报告甲亢合并甲癌患者６例，占同期甲亢手术患者的２．８％。其中双侧甲癌２例，单侧甲癌４例；５例为隐灶癌。结合文献，对甲亢与甲癌并存的发病情况、诊断和治疗进行了探讨。

cases of hyperthyroidism coexisted with thyroid carcinoma,making up2.8%of operated thyroidism cases at the same period.Two of them were diagnosed asbilateral thyroid carcinoma and four unilateral carcinoma. Five patients were diagnosed asoccult carcinoma. Based on a review of literatures,the author discussed the pathogenesis,diagnosis and management of the coexistent condition.
