摘要
对１３６例经手术治疗的溃疡病急性穿孔的临床资料作回顾性分析。穿孔时间在１２小时以上者５６例，占４１．２％；行一期胃切除术８８例，行单纯修补术４８例，均痊愈出院，无严重并发症。作者认为：胃溃疡病急性穿孔宜及时手术；胃大部分切除术是首选术式；穿孔超过１２小时不宜行胃切除的时限应打破。
The author reviewed the data of136 operated patients with acute ulcerperforation,56 patients(making up 41.2%)had perforated for more than 12 hours. 88patients were undergone primary gastrectomy and 48 patients were undergone simplegastrorrhaphy. All patients discharged with recovery and no considerable complications werepresented.The auther think that a surgical encounter in patient with ulce perforatio withoutdelay is important.Subtotal gastrectomy should be the first consideration,The time limitthat perforation for more than 12 hours is not suitable for gastrectomy should be changed.
