摘要
介绍了田湾核电站汽轮发电机组基础弹簧隔振座的设计与核算,论证了机组的隔振效率等设计参数。同时介绍了机组凝汽器支承弹簧的设计,并对安装和运行工况下凝汽器的荷载分配对汽缸的影响进行了分析。阐述了弹簧隔振技术在调整汽轮发电机组轴系对中方面的应用。
An introduction to the vibration isolating design and check calculation of the spring supported foundation of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant's turbine-generator set is being presented, together with a substantiation of relevant design parameters, such as the vibration isolation efficiency. Simultaneously, the design of the condenser's supporting springs is being described, accompanied by an analysis of the influence, on the turbine cylinders, of the condenser' s weight distribution, both during instaLlation and operation. How vibration isolation technique has been made use of in the turbinegenerator rotor system's alignment is also being elucidated.
