本文主要研究直动式顺序阀的启闭特性与阀的结构参数的关系。减小作用于阀芯上的液压卡紧摩接力,有利于提高阀的启闭特性。在大流量阀中,作用于主阀芯上的稳态轴向液动力对选择控制柱塞直径有显著影响。文中介绍按启闭特性要求确定控制柱塞直径和调压弹簧刚度的方法.
