摘要
锅炉高温过热器的爆管事故严重威胁汽轮发电机组的安全经济运行,而运行中的超温是高温过热器爆管的重要原因。通过对韶关发电厂10号炉(1 025 t/h)锅炉高温过热器爆管事故的分析,探讨高温过热器爆管的机理与特点,并针对机组状况提出了切实可行的解决过热问题的措施。
Tube burst accidents, occurring in a boiler's high temperature superheater, seriously impair operational safety and economy of the relevant turbine-generator set; overheating of tubes during operation being the main cause. By way of analyzing superheater tube bursts of Shaoguan Power Plant' s 1 025 t/h boiler No. 10, the mechanism of high temperature superheater tube bursts and their special aspects are being explored and feasible ways of solving the overheating problem of the concerned set in its present state of operation are suggested.
