摘要
吉林台一级水电站装机容量460MW,220kV升压站采用SF6全封闭组合电器设备(GIS),接线形式为单母线分段接线,四回出线。为确保220kV升压站防雷过电压保护设计方案更合理,运用电磁暂态程序,对该电站220kVGIS升压站在各种运行方式下雷电侵入波过电压和耐雷可靠性进行模拟计算。通过分析比较得出,在工程前期及后期各种运行方式下,该电站升压站设备在架空线路入口氧化锌避雷器和220kVGIS母线氧化锌避雷器的保护下,设备上的雷电过电压值均未超过其冲击绝缘水平,完全满足安全运行的要求。
The installing capacity of Jilintai- Ⅰ hydropower station is 460MW. 220 kV substation adopts SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS). Single-line diagram of the substation is one-busbar with isolated circuit-breaker and four 220 kV outgoing lines.Electric-magnetic transient program was applied in order to optimize protective design scheme against lightning wave for the substation. Overvoltages of lightning incursive wave and reliabilities of withstanding lightning under various operation modes were calculated. Equipment of the substation under protection of zinc oxide lightning arresters at outgoing line inlet and at 220kV GIS busbar are safe, and Lightning overvoltage values of equipment of the substation not surpass its basic impact insulated level(BIL) under various operation modes during earlier stage and later stage of the hydropower station.
