摘要
研究了二氧化锰氧化法吸收硫化氢的新工艺,考查了酸度、时间、温度等条件对吸收硫化氢工艺的影响,确定了适合的工艺参数。较合适的条件为:一段,溶液体积0.3 L、硫酸浓度0.4 mol/L、温度为室温、二氧化锰用量10 g;二段,溶液体积0.5 L、硫酸浓度0.4 mol/L、温度为室温、二氧化锰用量10 g。氧化剂二氧化锰被还原为硫酸锰可用氧化水解的方法再生,循环使用。研究结果表明,采用氧化吸收新工艺可以使硫化氢气体的吸收率大于97%,而且二氧化锰可以通过氧化水解的方式再生,实现了氧化剂的再生和循环利用。
The new absorption technology of hydrogen sulfide by manganese dioxide in solution was investigated in this paper. The effects of concentration of H2SO4 ,temperature and reaction time on the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide were also discussed. The available process parameter was determined through the test. Which was as following:the first section, the solution volume 0.3 L,the concentration of H2SO4 0.4 mol/L,the temperature is room temperature,the amount of MnO2 10 g; the second section, the solution volume 0.5 L, the concentration of H2 SO4 0.4 mol/L, the temperature is room temperature ,the amount of MnO2 10 g. The results of the experiment indicated that the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide could be more than 97%. Manganese dioxide could be regenerated by oxidation hydrolysis,which realized the regeneration and recycle use of oxidant.
