网络环境下著作权合理使用制度的构建

计算机网络的发展、普及改变了人们使用作品的传统方式,而我国现行著作权法对合理使用制度的规定在网络环境下已显得不尽合理,造成了著作权人与公众之间新的利益冲突。文章从传统情形下的合理使用规定入手,分析网络对传统的合理使用制度的冲击,并就网络环境下版权作品的合理复制和合理传播进行了探讨。

The development of and network changes the traditional way of using works, while Chinese current copyright law is not affluent and reasonable leading to new conflicts between subject and public. From the point of traditional employing way, the paper analyzes the network＇ s influence on the old way with further discussion about the reasonable copy and transmission of works under the network environment.
