目前,高校图书馆面临着来自市场、学校和自身的挑战,面对挑战,图书馆读者工作只有树立以人为本的观念,充分利用网络资源,深化内部改革,培养一支高素质的专业队伍,才能充分发挥图书馆的作用,更好的为教学和科研服务。

Currently, university libraries are facing the challenge from free market, schools and themselves, so that they have to set up man-centered philosophy, and make good use of network resource to deepen the inner reform with a well-trained professional working staff to offer better service for teaching and research.
