胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的体会(附34例报告)

A retrospective study of surgical treatment of tibial-plateau fracture

目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的方法。方法 对1998～2003年在我院治疗的胫骨平台骨折资料进行回顾分析。结果 对34例患者随访9～36个月，按照雍氏评级标准：优18例，良10例，可5例，差1例，优良率达82．4％。结论 切开复位内固定，必要时植骨是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。同时应注意少数病例合并有韧带损伤，以免误诊。

Objective To investigate the effects of operation on parents with tibial-plateau fractures. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 34 cases of tibial-plateau fractures treated from 1998 to 2003. Results All cases were followed up for average 25 months（9～36 months）according to Yong＇s classification standard. The satisfactory rate was 82.4%. Conclusion Open reduction,internal fixation and filling the bone defects with cancellous bone B is an effective way to treat the tibialplateau fracture.
