Reforms for Art at Normal Universities in the Situation of New Curriculum Reforms

为了全面推进素质教育,教育部制定了新的《基础教育课程改革纲要》,并确定了中小学课程改革的目标,制定了各门课程改革的标准和指导纲要。随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,美术课程改革也在如期进行,作为培养中学艺术师资的高师美术教育应当如何面对,作者提出了自己的看法。

For the overall development of quality education, the Ministry of Education has formulated a new ＂Program for Reforms in Basic Education Curriculum＂, defining the target for curriculum reform in primary and middle schools as well as laying down the norms and guiding outlines of reform for each course. With the further development of curriculum reform in basic education, the reform in the course of art is being conducted as scheduled. The author of this paper advances his view on the issue of how art education in normal university, which is aimed at training art teachers for middle schools, should deal with such a situation.
