手推法在肝脏CT增强扫描中的应用及护理

The clinical application and nurse of hepatic CT dynamic contrast-enhanced effect with the hand bolus injection method

目的:探讨手推法对肝脏CT增强效果的影响。方法:临床怀疑有肝脏疾患而在我院行手推法肝脏增强扫描536例,观察腹主动脉、下腔静脉、正常肝实质在动脉期、门脉期、实质期的信号强度。结果:手推法一次造影成功520例。结论:手推法在肝脏CT增强中能取得良好效果,而且简单、准确、安全、可靠,更适于基层医院广泛应用。规范操作,提高护理质量是检查成功的关键。

Objective：To evaluate the hepatic CT dynamic contrast - enhanced effect with the hand bolus injection method. Methods：536 cases were using hand bolus injection method, then the different enhacement of abdominal aorta , venacava , hepatic were observed in the period of abdominal aorta , venacava , hepatic. Results： 536 cases were succeed by using hand bolus injection method. Conclusions： Better enhanced effect could be obtained by using the hand bolus injection method. This method was an simple, accurate ,safe and reliable method can be used widely in the more fundamental hospitals. Standardizing operation and improving nurs- ing quality are the key to the successful studies.
