摘要
20世纪70年代以来,随着技术和市场的变化,企业组织做出了新的调整。由此引发了对企业组织演化过程的不同理解。从灵活专业化范式出发,灵活专业化理论否定企业组织演化路径的惟一性,相反,认为企业组织演化是一个由复杂、易变的制度安排决定的随机演化过程。
Since 1970s,the productive organization has changed as a result of the alternation of technology and market,which has stimulated different ideas. According to the flexible specialization paradigm,there is no only path of evolution of productive organization;instead,the evolution of productive organization is a complicated and ever-changing evolution process.
