摘要
印度一直钟情于自己民族长久以来的大国梦。为此,印度的外交战略必须服务于作为整体目标的大国战略。而现实是印度面临的外部现实不容乐观,印度与美国、俄罗斯、中国、巴基斯坦等国关系现状都不如人意,印度的外交理念也使其外交实践难脱困境。
Since India is longing for its great-power dream,its iplomatic strategy must conform to the overall goal of great-power strategy. But realistically, india is not optimistic ：its relaions with America, Russia, China, Pakistan, eet. is unsatisfactory,and its diplomatic thought has made its diplomacy unable to break away from corner. ＂
