中部发展与政府职能转变

Development of Central China and Transformation of Governmental Functions

针对政府职能的转变滞后已成为中部发展的阻力这一现实,分析了中部政府职能转变滞后的原因,并依照市场经济中的政府三大经济职能,提出了中部转变政府职能以适应市场经济的需要、促进中部发展应采取的具体措施。

In view of the fact that transformation of governmental functions has lagged the development of central areas, this paper analyses the reasons accounting for the lagged transformation of governmental functions in central China and puts forward concrete measures for the governments in Central part to transform functions so as to adapt to the needs of market economy and to promote the development of that area in accordance with the three governmental economic functions in the market economy.
