供应室工作人员继续教育情况调查

Investigation on the situation of continued education for support personnel.

目的:了解供应室工作人员继续教育的现状并提出相关对策。方法:采用问卷形式随机抽查56名供应室工作人员。结果:供应室工作人员知识结构偏低,参加继续教育机会少。结论:培养供应室工作人员继续教育意识,加强相关知识的培养,完成配套措施,可尽快提高供应室工作人员医院感染学知识水平,对降低医院感染率有重要意义。

Objective ：To learn about the situation of continued education for support personnel and related conter measure. Methods ： Spot check 56 cases and an analysis was made with a questionnaire. Results ：The knowledge level is on the low side ,lack the chance of participate continued education. Conclusion： Cultivating the consciousness of continued education, strengthening the training in relevant knowledge, the knowledge level of hospital - aquired infection theory can be improved as soon as possible and have an important meaning in reducing infection rate.
