摘要
液体调速离合器是一种新型、高效、无级传动机械调速装置。本文叙述了国内首次将该设备应用于锅炉燃料油泵进行调速节能试验研究的情况。试验证明液体调速离合器完全适合于电厂燃油系统的工艺要求,用该设备实现燃油泵调速节能技术先进,节电效果显著,某电厂5号泵每年节电44.52万kW·h,约一年零四个月即可回收全部投资。
Described in this paper is a experimental research on energy conservation, first in China, by appliicatioh of hydroviscous variable speed drive to fuel oil pump. The test shows that this type of speed regUlator can completely meet the technical requirements of fuel oil Pump used in power plant and has a obvious energy conservation.With this type of drive installed, this power plant can save electricity of 445.2MWh per year, and the investment can be recovered in one year andfour months.
