摘要
目前我国警察身体健康和心理健康方面存在的问题不容忽视,保护警察合法权益,需建立健全警察权益保障法律制度,建立专门的警察权益监督保障机构,建立非警务活动审批监督机构,设立警察权益保护基金等。
Nowadays, there are many problems in our country＇s police＇s physical and psychological health ,which can not be neglected. In order to protect police＇s legitimate rights and interests, it is necessary to set up the perfect legal system to protect police＇ s rights and interests and establish the special organization to safeguard and supervise police＇s rights and interests, the organization to supervise and approve non-police service activities, the fund to protect police＇s rights and interests and so on.
