解救人质,和劫持者谈判是必不可少的重要手段,谈判的效果如何,取决于对劫持者心理状态分析是否到位。通过三维分析,可以把握劫持者的心理状态,充分运用各种手段,稳定劫持者的情绪,瓦解其心理防线,达到成功解救人质的目的。
Negotiating with the kidnapper is the essential method in rescuing the hostage. The effects of negotiation are decided by the analysis on kidnapper＇ s psychological state. Through the three dimensional analysis, we may grasp the kidnapper＇ s psychological state, make full use of each method to stable kidnapper＇s mood, disintegrate his psychological defense line and successfully rescue the hostage.
