The Next Generation Bus Technology of Testing Automation——LXI

LX I是继GPIB仪器、VX I/PX I虚拟仪器之后的、新一代基于以太网络LAN的总线技术,适用于自动测试系统的模块化仪器平台标准。本文依据有关LX I的最新报道及测试技术和相关科学技术现状,介绍了GPIB、VX、IPX I、LX I的历史发展轨迹及各自的优缺点,重点分析了基于LX I平台下的模块化仪器的特点和优势,最后简要介绍了LX I所面临的问题及其应用前景。

LXI is a new era of modularization instruments platform standard for automation test system. based on Ethernet LAN, after GPIB instrument and VXI/PXI virtual instrument. According to the general information about LXI and the current circumstances of test and measurement techniques as well as associated science and technology, this paper has introduced the historical tracks of GPIB, VXI and PXI, as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages, with emphasize on the modularization instrument＇ s features and advantages which is under the LXI platform. At last, it also introduced briefly the questions faced by LXI and its application prospect.
