肺炎链球菌耐药性监测分析

Drug Resistance Analysis of S.pneumoniae

目的研究肺炎链球菌的药敏性,为肺炎链球菌感染的治疗提供依据。方法对本院2004年4月至2005年10月临床标本分离的肺炎链球菌进行药敏试验分析。结果共检出肺炎链球菌104株,药敏结果显示,对不同抗菌药物的耐药性从7.7%到94.2%不等。结论近年来本地区肺炎链球菌的耐药率呈上升趋势,应引起重视。

Objective To dicuss susceptility of S. pneumoniae to drugs. Methods Drug susceptibility test of S. pneumoniae isolated from clinical samples were made from Apt 2004 to Oct 2005 in this hospital. Results 104 strains of S. pneumoniae, were isolated. Drug susceptibility test showed that most S. pneumoniae had drug resistance to different antibiotics with degree from 7.7% to 94.2%. Conclusion Drug resistance rate of S. pneumoniae was rising in recent years in this area. The situation should be paid close attention to.
