应用GC-MS检验羊肉中阿托品的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定羊肉中阿托品的方法,为此类检测提供依据。方法用酸性水萃取,经过滤处理,甲醇溶解,气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定;色谱条件:DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱,程序升温方式升温,起始温度100℃保持1min,以15℃/min速率升温至280℃保持2min;质谱条件:离子阱温度150℃,传输线温度200℃,歧管温度45℃,电离方式EI(电子轰击),轰击能量70eV,特征离子质量数42、82、124(M/Z)。结果本法最低检测限为20ng,平均回收率83%,相对标准差RSD11.6%,线性范围0~100ng。结论本方法适合于食物中毒样品中阿托品的测定。 Objective In order to establish a method for determination of atropine in mutton. Methods The samples were purified by acidity water, dissolved by methyl alcohol, and then analyzed with GC - MS; The conditions for the GC were a DB -5MS capillary column, and the programming temperatures: initial temperatures were 100℃, hold lmin, rate of heating 15℃/min, from 100℃ to 280℃, hold 2min; The conditions for the MS were that the temperature of the ion trap was 150℃, the temperature of the transfer line was 200℃, the temperature of the manifold was 45℃, the module option key was EI, the energy was 70eV, and the characteristic ions were 42,82 and 124(M/Z). Results The detection limit of the method was 20ng, the recovery rate was 83%, and the RSD was 11.6%. The range of linearity was 0 - 100ng. Conclusions It was concluded that the method is suitable for determination of atropine in mutton.
