As the development of the socialist market economy and educational reform, the traditional management of college students are facing severe challenges. Based on status quo of the educational reform in new situation like college external environment, students, colleges, etc. , this paper points out the concept of the people - oriented management, the significance of ideological and political education, the importance of exploring a new management model and innovation of managing college students.
