Some countermeasures against financial risks

在市场经济条件下,财务活动不可避免地遇到财务风险。财务风险从财务内容来看,主要包括筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和外汇风险。本文从各种财务风险的内涵出发,提出了如何化解和防范财务风险的对策,认为财务管理者应有预见地采取各种防范措施,从而使可能遭受的损失尽可能降到最低限度。

Under the market economic condition, financial risk is unavoidable. According to financial content, financial risk mainly includes financing, investment, fund retrieving and exchange rate. From the connotation of various kinds of financial risks, this article puts forward to dissolve and take precautions against financial risk, and indicates that financial administrators should take various kinds of precautionary measures, to reduce loss to the lowest level.
