湖南电大开放教育试点毕业生追踪调查的结论和建议

Conclusion and Suggestion on Tracking Investigation on Hunan Radio and Television University Open Education Graduates

为深入开展“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目,检查教学效果和人才培养质量,湖南电大开展了开放教育试点专业毕业生追踪抽样调查。湖南电大根据中央电大的要求和本省电大的实际情况,运用科学的系统的统计分析方法,对02届开放教育毕业的学生进行了调查和综合分析测评,得出了湖南电大远程开放教育模式下培养的学生具有良好的素质和质量,“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目在我省获得了成功,并将持续性发展的结论。对在调查中反映出来的问题,以及毕业生和用人单位提出的问题也进行了综合的分析和归纳总结,并提出了建议。

In order to carry out the project ＂reform on talent training pattern and experimental unit of Central Radio and Television University deeply＂, Hunan Radio and Television University makes the sampling investigation of graduates in open education checking the teaching quality and talent training quality. According to requirements of Central Television and Radio University and its practical situations, Hunan Radio and Television University makes an investigation and assesment on students who graduated in 2002, then draws the conclusion that students through the training of modern open distance education in Hunan Radio and Television University have fine quality, and this project in Hunan province achieves great success and will develop sustainably. In the light of problerns, reflected by the investigation and given by graduates and employment units, the paper makes comprehensive analysis induction and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
