科研档案是在科研活动过程中直接积累的各类具有保存价值的科研成果和有关科研方面的文件,它具有为实际研究提供理论依据和参考价值以及作为史料的保存价值。针对科研档案开发利用存在的问题和不足,应通过加强宣传,完善相应的管理制度,建立科研档案质量的控制机制,不断丰富档案服务的方式,建立科研档案的开发利用反馈机制等途径和方法,加强科研档案的开发利用。

Scientific research files refer to all kinds of valuable scientific research fruits and documents concerned with scientific research accumulated in scientific research activities, which has great preserving value to provide practical research with theoretical support and reference, taken as historical materials. In the light of problems in the exploitation and use of scientific research files, the paper puts forward some measures, such as perfecting related management system, setting up quality controlling mechanism for scientific research files, varying the ways of files service, establishing the feedback mechanism for exploitation.
