高校学生的体育锻炼意识较为薄弱,体育健康教育的观念明显不够,随社会的发展需要,体育健康教育观念应得到进一步的更新与培养,健康问题在普通高校中应引起广泛的关注。

The of sports exercises in universities is weak and the idea of physical health education is obviously insufficient. With the development of our society, the health education idea in Physical Education should be renewed and trained. Moreover, healthy problems should be paid more attention to in universities.
