摘要
运动损伤的恶性后果是残酷的,预防运动损伤更是重要的,体育锻炼中自我保护能力是预防或减轻运动损伤的重要手段之一,这对学生走向社会,终身进行体育锻炼具有相当重要意义。
Since the malignant consequence of the athletic injury is cruel, it is more important to prevent the athletic injury. Self - protection ability is one of the important means to prevent or lighten the athletic injury in physical exercises,which is very significant for students to adapt to the society end to do life - long physical exercises.
