摘要 目的探讨CQRS-Ⅱ型量子共振分析检测仪在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法采用双盲法检测受试者头发恶性肿瘤码F005值。结果此检测方法灵敏度为81.8%,特异性为80.0%。结论该仪器对血液系统恶性疾病的定性诊断符合率较高,对临床诊断和鉴别有一定意义。 [Objective] To evaluate the role of CQRS- Ⅱ quantum resonance spectrometer in the diagnosis of hematological malignant tumor. [Methods] A double-blind contrast test was conducted on 75 subjectes to obtain their malignancy-associated F005 values. [Results] The diaognostic sensitivity of quantum resonance spectrometer was 81.8%, while the specificity was 80.0%. [Conclusions] Qualitative diagnose accordance rate of the quantum resonance spectrometer is so high as to show a certain clinical significancy for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant hematopathy.
