摘要
目的分析甲状腺结节再次手术的原因,要点和治疗的探讨。方法回顾分析近7年来76例甲状腺结节再次手术的临床资料,并结合文献进行讨论。结果无手术死亡,无喉返神经损伤,无需输血,术中气管痉挛4例,暂时性甲状腺功能低下13例,喉上神经损伤2例;56例获得8个月￣7年随访,甲状腺结节治愈率100%,无甲状腺功能低下现象。结论甲状腺结节术后复发再手术疗效确切,亦要重视手术要点,可预防或减少副损伤发生。
[Objective] To analyze the cause, importance and treatment of reoperation for thyroid nodule, [Methods] Clinical data 76 cases of thyroid nodule undertaken reoperation were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] These 76 patients had no death .These have postoperative complication, including recurrent laryngeal nerve injury. 2 cases recurrented parathyroid injury, 13 cases recurrented temporary hypofunction with 11 percent curative rate. [Conclusion] This operation method should be regarded as principal choice in treatment of with thyroid nodule.
