消化病内脏痛体表放射区针刺敏感试验及指压痛的检查价值

Values of acupuncture sensitivity and finger press test on body surface radiation area of digestive diseases visceralgia

目的评估消化病器质性内脏痛及功能性内脏痛的体表放射区域。方法消化系疾病腹痛患者381例,消化系功能性疾病150例,用针刺及指压法对内脏痛体表放射区域敏感度进行测试。结果器质性消化病内脏痛与功能性消化病内脏痛针刺体表放射区域敏感度x^2检验P<0.01,有显著性差异,而深部指压痛检查敏感度x^2检验P>0.05,无差异。器质性内脏痛常可查出较固定的皮肤敏感带,功能性内脏痛却较少有固定的感觉部位。结论针刺感觉部位更能准确反应消化病内脏痛实质性病变,并且对疾病的转归、好转、痊愈有较准确的预测性。

AIMS To evaluate the acupunsture sensitivity and finger press test on body surface radiation area of the organic and functional visceralgia of digestive diseases. METHODS The sensitivity of body surface radiation region of visceralgia was detected by acupuncture or finger press in 381 patinets with organic digestive diseases and 150 functional disorders. RESULTS The sensitivity of organic digestive diseases visceralgia and functional visceralgia had significant difference (P<0.01), there was no sigaificant difference for deep finger press method (P>0.05, χ~2 test). A stable skin sensitive strip could be found in organic visceralgia, while it was seldom found in functional visceralgia. CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture response can reflect gastrointestnal organic diseases more accurately. Meanwhile it has better predicted value for disease conversion, improvment and recovery.
