摘要
本文着眼于传播效果研究的经典成果议程设置理论,从“民生新闻”兴起的角度,阐释政府议程的设置、媒体议程的设置和公共议程的设置三方的良性互动以及这种互动体现出的传播效果的积极社会意义。
This article focuses on the theory of agenda offer of the classical propaganda achievement. From the emerge of news of people's livelihood, it elaborates the effective interaction of agenda offer of government, media and public as well as their social significance.
